Contains 10 high impact cardio dvd's, all I can say is that it deserves the name it has. Wow what a workout.

Another great Beach Body product, I tend to struggle a little with this one, though I am working on it and will get there soon.
MY KETTLEBELL ROUTINE
Very intense workout. A combination of swings, cleans, clean and presses, alternate swings, wind mills and Turkish get ups. Workout usually last about 45 minutes. Look for upcoming pics of each kettlebell move.

When weather permits it I try to get in one or two long hikes through the great Colorado Mountains. My hikes usually last between 4-6 miles.
